If not, it’s one of the things you’ll learn from the Salon Marketing Toolkit. If you are in the UK, we’ve recently found a service that could save you a lot of time, and some money, on your mailings.
Docmail is a service we started using recently to send out our monthly newsletter to our Salon Marketing clients. You supply them with your mailing list and the document you want posting to that list (as a Word doc) and they do everything else for you… for less than the cost of a second-class stamp!
As they say on their website, it is saving us -
- Long periods of laser or ink jet printing
- Manually stuffing envelopes
- Franking or sticking on stamps
- Queuing at the local post office
- Buying and managing stocks of toner, stationery and envelopes
