“Oh NO! My Therapist is leaving!”
Often a wail of anguish is heard from Salon Owners when the Therapist (or Stylist if you run a Hair Salon) hands in their notice. Often very closely followed by the dread of having to find a replacement and/or the financial ‘hit’ that could be faced when they take all ‘their’ clients with them.
Obviously if the Therapist was rubbish and you’re glad to see the back of them then there is no real issue.
But what if they were one of your most valued members of staff.
What if they are, in fact, your highest earning therapists. What to do next?
STOP. Lets look at some (very simple) maths first.
How much, on average, does a client spend with that Therapist per year. Or, lets put it another way…
How often, typically, would a client come and see that Therapist? Once very six weeks perhaps?
OK. At that visit how much would they typically spend? Lets be conservative and say £45?
So we now have a client that visits every six weeks and spends £45 a time. So each year they visit on average:
52 divided by 6 equals approximately 9
Spending £45 a time gives:
£45 multiplied by 9 equals £405
If they have 10 of these clients that is worth £4,050 per year. Can YOU really afford these sorts of numbers to be walking out of your salon forever. AND do nothing about it?
(And these are conservative figures)

You see all too often I hear cries of “My Therapist left and took all her clients with her.”
To which my response will always be “But what did you actually DO about it?”
All too often I hear “Nothing. What can you do?”
EVERYTHING! Is the answer! But, as with most things in life, you need to put a little effort in!
This guide of “Oh NO! My Therapist is Leaving!” makes sure that ANY effort you put in maximises the results YOU can achieve.
Ensuring your hard work is focused very much on the highest earning clients. Making sure YOU keep as much of that hard earned client base as you can.
How it works
This guide shows you the exact steps you need to take to keep the clients you have coming back to your salon time and time again.
It clearly gives you the steps you need to take for every scenario. After all, sometimes the split can be amicable.
Your Therapist is moving abroad or leaving the area. Everyone is sorry about what is happening but the Therapist actually wants you to keep the clients.
However, sometimes the split can be, well, acrimonious. They’re moving next door and they want to inflict as much damage onto your business as they possibly can.
Either way this guide gives you the tools. Gives you the knowledge. Gives you the inside line to make sure YOU keep that revenue.
(Aside: and just how good would it feel if, in the acrimonious split, you take all the clients away from her. Now, that would be justice!)

By purchasing this guide you’ll remain fully and totally in control of the situation. And more importantly, in control of your revenues!

"Without doubt the best business decision I have ever made. Just one example, I bought a new machine for my salon costing £20,000 - just using the marketing tools I got as an Inner Circle member - the flyers, the sales letters, the ads and all the advice and help - I paid for that whole machine inside two months. In fact in the first two months of having that machine, we took an EXTRA £72,000 in sales. I wish I'd had access to this marketing system 15 years ago!"

"Since buying my toolkit my numbers of clientele has improved beyond recognition together with each client spending more pro-rata than ever before. I am now in the process of employing more staff and have the confidence to do this knowing that the help I have from Martin is second to none."

"After 20 years in the beauty trade I applied just one of the ideas in the Toolkit and have just had my best January EVER! A slump in the economy? PAH! Using the Toolkit, January generated £20,000 in sales which is £6,000 better than we have ever done before."
